  1. 01 Day 1–2

    Discovery call

    An hour with you and, if it makes sense, with the person who actually lives the process. No PowerPoint. We come out with a map of real steps: what comes in, what goes out, who touches it and what gets forgotten on a spreadsheet.

  2. 02 Day 3–5

    Design and fixed quote

    We send you the key screens, the data model and the scope in writing. Fixed price. If you ask for deep changes, we quote them separately; nothing sneaks in through the back door.

  3. 03 Week 1–3

    Build and test

    A disciplined factory — not a team improvising. We build on top of pieces we already have solved (login, permissions, audit trail) and fine-tune it with your team in short rounds, not in a scary final demo.

  4. 04 Delivery day

    Delivery: app, code and manuals

    You get the deployed app, the credentials, the repository and the manuals. If you want, we keep maintaining it with bounded monthly support. If not, the code is yours: you maintain it or hand it to another vendor.

We hand over the Git repository and the manuals on launch day. We don't keep copies on a secret server, or cryptic pieces only we know how to start up.

Questions we get all the time

Skeptical is a good sign. Here are the honest answers.

Why so fast? Is this serious?
Because we don't start from scratch every time. We have the invisible plumbing solved: users, permissions, audit, admin panel, login with Google or Microsoft. We focus on the only thing that's yours — your process. It's like a builder turning up with the walls and pipes already prefabricated: we draw the house with you, it doesn't get hammered together.
What if you leave or shut down?
You have the Git repository, the deployment manual and the data. Any competent developer — internal or external — can pick it up. There's no closed component only we can touch: we use standard Java/Spring/Vue, nothing opaque that only we know how to start up.
Wouldn't it be cheaper to use a SaaS?
Sometimes, yes. If what you need fits in a Notion, an Airtable or a standard CRM, we'll tell you on the first call. Call us if your process is particular enough that no off-the-shelf tool can pick it up without a fight.
How does payment work?
Plan Core and Plan Pro: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Plan Factory: closed quote after the discovery call, same 50/50 scheme. Monthly support is cancelable any month — no annual fees, no penalties. If you decide to leave, you keep the code and the data.
What happens if I stop paying for monthly support?
The app is yours. If you're self-hosted, nothing changes — it keeps running on your infra. If you're hosted with us, we warn you before any cutoff and give you a reasonable window to move the app to your own infra (or to another vendor) with the repo and the documentation. No hostages.
What if I need a big iteration three months later?
We quote it separately, with closed price and timeline before we start. You get a document with scope and cost; you decide if it goes in. Nothing sneaks into an unexpected invoice.
What technologies do you use?
Java + Spring Boot on the backend, Vue 3 on the frontend, PostgreSQL as the database and containerized deployment. Common technologies any decent developer can pick up — nothing weird or proprietary. If your IT team exists and wants to get involved, we hand them a technical welcome brief.
Do you work with clients outside Spain?
Today we focus on SMBs in Spain. If you're from elsewhere and your process fits, say so on the form and we'll honestly tell you whether we can take the project on.
